She studied Professional Photography at Colorado Mountain College in Glenwood Springs, Colorado, which led to a publishing internship in Aspen and then interned for accomplished Photojournalist James Nachtwey in NYC. After years of managing studios for a variety of established photographers in Colorado and NYC Janet stepped out on her own as a Professional Photographer. Her travel, sport and portraiture work has won multiple international photography competitions as well as national. She is known for her professionalism, efficient turn around service and positive attitude. Janet currently works for international construction firm; Tutor Perini Corporation as an architecture photographer, travels on a regular basis for assignment and non-profit work and has been actively Freelancing since 2006.
